Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) payments are accepted through the Westpac payment gateway for all fee payments.

As a government agency, NESA is required to comply with the Information Protection Principles (IPPs) in the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act). These regulate the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information held by government agencies.

Any personal information you provide to us will be used and disclosed for NESA purposes only or as otherwise required or authorised by law. This website does not use cookies to collect personal information.

Under the PPIP Act, you have the right to access your personal information held by NESA, without excessive delay or expense. You also have the right to have your personal information corrected in certain circumstances (eg if it is inaccurate).

You are responsible for keeping your NESA login and password details confidential and secure. All credit card details are secured through our Westpac payment gateway.
