How to revise your evidence

Your Accreditation Supervisor or principal may request that you revise your evidence after you have submitted it.

  1. From your dashboard click the “Draft” button in the Proficient Teacher accreditation tile

  2. On the “My Application” page click the “Revisions” tab

  3. On the “Revisions” tab you can view the request to revise your evidence, which may include comments from your Accreditation Supervisor or principal.

  4. Click the “My Evidence” tab and then click the “View” button next to the relevant piece of evidence you need to revise

  5. On the “Evidence item details” page, you can:

    • Revise the assigned Standard Descriptors. Click the “Add/Update Descriptors” button to confirm the revisions

    • Revise your annotation. Click the “Add/Update Annotation” button to confirm the revisions

    • Update the Authentication. If you select “Yes”, enter the authentication date and click the “Update Authentication” button. Follow these instructions to request an item be authenticated

  6. When you have made the revisions click the “Finalise” tab. On the “Finalise” tab you can change your selection of evidence that you submit to finalise your accreditation

  7. Tick the declaration box to declare that your evidence is your own work and is an accurate reflection of your teaching practice against the Standards for Proficient Teacher

  8. Click the “Submit” button to re-submit your evidence and Observation Report to your Accreditation Supervisor
