I’m still studying a teaching degree in Australia
Am I eligible to apply?
If you’ve completed enough of your teaching degree you’re eligible to apply.​​
  • Undergraduate degree (e.g. Bachelor of Education)​ 75% completed​​
  • Graduate-entry/Post graduate degree (e.g. Master of Teaching) 50% completed
What percentage of my degree have I completed?
  1. Find your degree’s total credit points (check your Course Handbook or university website).​​
  2. Add up the credit points for subjects you’ve completed.
  3. Calculate your percentage:​ Completion % = (Completed Credit Points ÷ Total Degree Credit Points) × 100​

Example 1: If your Bachelor of Education has a total of 320 credit points and you’ve been awarded at least 240 credit points (75%), you’re eligible to apply.

Example 2: If your Master of Teaching has a total of 200 credit points and you’ve been awarded at least 100 credit points (50%), you’re eligible to apply. ​

What do I need to provide?
To be ready to apply you need to gather specific evidence, including proof of your identity and qualifications.
